If there ever was any proof that Apple needs to move the iPhone to other carriers, I believe we just found it. According to Consumer Reports, AT&T provides the worst Value, Service, and Consumer Support than any of the other major carriers… T-Mobile is even rated higher than AT&T.
Does this really surprise the AT&T users? I have frequent drop outs, especially when inside a building… Plus, my own house seems to have a dead zone, in one room.
While AT&T may claim that they have made major changes in their network, and that they are building in more capacity, that seems at odds with their “Free Wi-Fi” hotspots that they have placed in some of the major cities….
I personally don’t see how Apple can justify any continuation of the exclusivity contract with AT&T for the iPhone…
