Who Am I & What do I do?
I’m Benjamin Schollnick. Â A Programmer, Desktop Support Specialist, and Systems Administrator…. Â My current goal is to use this site for storage of information that is useful in my job, as well as informational to others… Â Both in the fields of Tech support, and the non-technicial.
My hobbies include:
- Programming
- Home Automation
- Raising my Daughter
- Gaming with my friends  (Paper & Pencil Role Playing Games, as well as computer games ,etc)
I currently am employed at the University of Rochester (http://www.rochester.edu) with the Information Technology division, as a level 3 Desktop Support “Information Specialist”.
What Hardware Do I use?
My main machine is a 2×2.8 GHz Mac Pro (Early 2008) with 4 GB of RAM, dual optical drives, an ATI Radeon HD 2600 video card, and 3 TB of disk space spread over four internal drives.
